Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing cross-training and logical backups for each type of billing.
- Participate in projects that target business simplification, emphasizing billing and inventory designations with respect to billing, i.e. “mill-direct, buyout and stock billing”
- Training and education of billing best practices
- Billing load balancing, participating in certain billings where applicable
- Billing customers with proprietary portals
- Handling of the Increases in number of customers and reactivation of lost customers, resources
- Revenue Recognition standard practices, assess control weaknesses and develop remediation plan
- Daily reporting of billing metrics, sales forecasts, and backlog orders
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of various leadership experience involving heavy attention to detail
- Must have excellent data entry skills and computer knowledge that include familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent math, verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees at other branches
