Emailing invoices with backup documents to customers using Outlook, Adobe, and Adobe writer
Entering inventory items and worked hours to invoices and processing batches daily
Enter items purchased from vendor invoices and packing slips
Creating invoices for accounts receivable to collect on while following internal rules and processes
Pull parts from individual’s inventories with a need for detail
Monitoring the cost of each inventory item to be sure that they bill accurately
Use online customer portal for posting payments, keeping track of billing, etc
