Croud, a leading digital marketing and media agency, is looking for a Biddable Account Manager to join our New York City team. Our Performance Reinvented approach integrates brand, performance, and analytics to drive growth and real business impact for clients worldwide.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong expertise in paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Youβll work on strategic planning, execution, and optimization while also developing skills in paid social and programmatic advertising.
Campaign Management & Optimization
πΉ Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen).
πΉ Execute end-to-end campaign processes: research, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizing, and reporting.
πΉ Establish data-driven strategies to meet client goals and KPIs.
πΉ Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and third-party search management platforms (Search Ads 360, Marin, Skai) for advanced reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management
πΌ Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
πΌ Deliver client reports with accurate data and insightful analysis.
πΌ Develop and present account development plans and strategic roadmaps.
πΌ Support business growth by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croudβs services.
Team Leadership & Development
π Manage and mentor Associates, including task delegation, training, and career development.
π Oversee work quality from Croudβs Croudie Network, providing constructive feedback.
π Work closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to drive success.
β 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong paid search expertise.
β Certified Google Search Ads Professional (or ability to obtain certification).
β Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and paid search platforms.
β Strong numeracy and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
β Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
β Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
