Description:
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain all global employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
Assist in the benefits enrollment and termination processes, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and changes in the HRIS.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on plan options and coverage.
Manage relationships with benefits providers, ensuring accurate billing, compliance with contracts, and quality service delivery.
Support the annual open enrollment process, including communications, presentations, and system updates.
Conduct regular audits of benefits-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with leave management, including FMLA, short-term and long-term disability.
Use data to drive critical insights and decisions for benefits.
Assist with coordination and administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support the People Operations team in projects related to employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives, ensuring that benefits are integrated into overall people strategies.
Ensure policies, procedures, and programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and in compliance with professional standards and state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms.
Experience maintaining and protecting confidential data.
Familiarity with employment compliance and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree.
