Description:
The HR Partner, Benefits Analyst is an impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR Partners to manage, design and administer broad-based benefits programs across the globe. This position will be an integral member of the Benefits team keeping up-to-date on market practices, conducting analytics, partnering with vendors and developing best in class benefits programs and tools.
Accountabilities
- Consult with leaders and HR Partners on benefits related needs to ensure consistent management globally
- Review global and regional benefits programs as assigned, coordinate with vendors and ensure programs are aligned with market competitiveness
- Partner with leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in benefits program management
- Assists with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of benefits projects as needed
- Monitor new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional benefits programs
- Assist with program administration and escalated associate issues
- Help draft and review internal communications
- Monitor day to day escalations and manage timely internal responses to meet SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in global benefits matters
- Ability to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are adhered to; high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly, partner with various teams within the organization and influence key leaders
- Strong analytical and financial acumen required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
