Description:
- Administers and maintains benefit programs.
- Processing benefits transactions and requests within WorkDay Benefits module.
- Delivering training on benefits policies and procedures.
- Act as liaison between benefits vendors and employees for eligibility, coverage and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinating changes with carriers and trustees; reporting changes to third parties as required; changing access and retrieval systems and procedures.
- Explaining employee benefits by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests.
- Maintaining employee confidence and protecting operations by keeping benefit information confidential; cautioning others about potential breaches.
- Improving benefits administration job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to benefits administration and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- Administering life insurance claims, working with plan carriers.
- Performing varies benefit audits, related to healthcare and life insurance deductions, late payments, plan enrollment and SOX.
- Administer and process all QMSCOs.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
BA/BS preferred and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
