🔑 What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a talented team of backend engineers.
Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, while integrating legacy SOAP APIs.
Optimize database schemas for seamless data storage and retrieval.
Ensure backend security, resolve performance bottlenecks, and implement DevOps principles.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, driving collaboration and trust.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .Net Core, Java, Azure Functions, MS-SQL, MongoDB, Mulesoft, and tools like Azure App Insight & New Relic.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Cloud and DevOps Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and DevOps tools.
Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
