Description:
We are looking for a motivated B2B Account Executive to join our team in the Metro Detroit area. This role focuses on in-person sales outreach to small business owners, providing tailored advertising and marketing solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship building, prospecting new clients, and closing deals face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily in-person visits to small businesses in the Metro Detroit area.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
Present and sell marketing and advertising solutions tailored to each business’s needs.
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside/in-person role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with advertising, digital marketing, or media sales is a plus.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
