Description:

We are looking for a motivated B2B Account Executive to join our team in the Metro Detroit area. This role focuses on in-person sales outreach to small business owners, providing tailored advertising and marketing solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship building, prospecting new clients, and closing deals face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily in-person visits to small businesses in the Metro Detroit area.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.

  • Present and sell marketing and advertising solutions tailored to each business’s needs.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside/in-person role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Familiarity with advertising, digital marketing, or media sales is a plus.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
