Audio Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an Audio Engineer to join our client's dynamic team and help shape the future of travel!

As an Audio Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our client's live events. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience.

This position will be a FREELANCE / 1099 opportunity, and candidates must be local to San Francisco, California for on-set productions.

Responsibilities:

Live Set-Up
 

• Determine layout for speakers and audio workstation.
• Lead the set-up process, configuring the board and ensuring all microphones are in working order.
• Test and adjust audio levels for optimal performance.
  
   

Rehearsal/Show Day
 

• Operate the digital audio board during rehearsals and live shows.
• Manage live speakers, video playback, and other audio cues.
  
   

Qualifications:
 

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
• Proficiency with Yamaha QL1, Dante, and Shure Wireless System is preferred.
• Proven experience in live audio engineering.
• Proficiency with audio equipment and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
