Associate Store Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Store Manager located in the Oakbrook Center. The Associate Store Manager will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, visual merchandising, leading merchant team and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong visual merchandising experience
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
• Strong leadership abilities
• Experience in leading visual merchant teams
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
