Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, producing and wrapping of PAM CUT screenings, experiences, programs, series, performances, and special events coordination of local artists for pre-show engagement
- Coordination of all program assets and key info- including but not limited to films/ media, signage, and event needs
- Coordination of print traffic: work with bookers, distributors and filmmakers to secure access to exhibition materials, coordinate media delivery, track payments, and ensure it gets to the Head of Projection in time to test & show
- Close involvement with the PAM communications team in the production of the programming calendar and promotional items, as well as sharing programming content for social media, and other communication channels
- Assist in creating content with all relevant copy and material for Tomorrow Theater programming, in conjunction with PAM’s Marketing team and the PAM CUT programming team
- Work closely with the PAM CUT team to cultivate responsive relationships with a diverse range of local organizations to co-program and co-promote events happening at PAM CUT and the Tomorrow Theater
- Coordinate logistics for visiting and local artists and program partners, including hospitality and special accommodations
- Assist in the organization of program and event logistics, working with operations and other departments to ensure proper info-share, staffing, technical and planning strategies
- Assist in the tracking of program expenses and artist payments, coordinating invoice management with the Operations/Finance departments and maintaining key weekly program statistics and info share to PAM and PAM CUT teams
- Help ensure that programming is relevant on both a local and national level
- Align programming with the institution’s ongoing commitment to racial equity and inclusion
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Occasionally supervises work study students
