The Enterprise Payments organization is at the core of how we move money at Capital One. We are a dynamic organization that manages our critical money movement rails (ACH, Check, Debit, Faster Payments, and Wires) as well as providing the oversight for our end-to-end payments strategy, operations and risk management for all payment types across the Enterprise. With each day, we approach foundational capacities with Enterprise thinking to optimize how we work in a well-managed way, for both ourselves and our customers.
As a Senior Associate, Process Manager within the Access, Incident and Crisis Management team, you will collaborate with a team whose focus is to provide a high-quality, well-managed User Access service to the Enterprise Payments organization, while also ensuring we maintain a strong risk posture to minimize our overall risk footprint.
A common day in this role will include reviewing access request intakes, submitting and approving access requests through All Access and other internal systems, completing onboarding and offboarding requests, participating in compliance/risk initiatives and more. This role will also take on project work, often engaging in highly-visible initiatives across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor queues and respond to requests to add/modify/remove System Access, in accordance with established procedures, and within defined Service Level Agreements
Monitor various intake channels (All Access, JIRA, Shared Mailboxes, etc.) and respond to inquiries within defined Service Level Agreements
Support New Hire Onboarding by ensuring Enterprise Payments New Hires are set up with the appropriate system access and that it has been validated by Nesting Day 1
Act as the Manager Delegate for Enterprise Payments Managers, systematically approving access requests on their behalf in a well-managed manner
Act as the Entitlement Owner for various Enterprise Payments Access Entitlements, systematically approving access requests in a well-managed manner
Partner with Associates, Line of Business and Technology Teams, to work towards quick resolution of all access-related issues
Prepare, report and analyze data of varying complexities, which could include access level, associate and system-level reporting
Create, Maintain and Implement Policies and Procedures that are both internal and Enterprise Payments facing
Effectively manage priorities and communicate progress and impediments
Interact frequently with key stakeholders, such as Enterprise Payments Associates & Leaders, Enterprise Identity & Access Management, Product Owners and Risk & Compliance
Maintain a strong focus and perspective on risk to ensure Enterprise Payments and Capital One applications/systems are well-managed
Responsible for Application Role Management, which includes SOX Controls, Key/Non-Key Controls, Role Owner Support, Documentation and Risk Definitions of Permissions
Consultant to business stakeholders for Job Role/Profiles
Partner with Application and Tech Teams to onboard applications to All Access
