Responsibilities and Impact:
Provide technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of any issues that arise.
Manage and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in ServiceNow - mySolutions ticketing system daily.
Resolve issues in creative and effective ways.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the Developer Experience with our applications such as automating our manual intake process and current BAU work efficiently.
