Description:
The Associate Manager, Sales - CVS, Rite Aid, Bed Bath & Beyond and potential new business development within drug and specialty will:
- Build, prioritize and manage multiple objectives, including top line sales, distribution, trade spend, promotional effectiveness, merchandising, and customer engagement
- Translate objectives for a portfolio of brands into key priorities for broker partners and can hold self and others accountable for results
- Collaborate and build a strong sense of team externally with broker partners and customers based on credibility and trust across multiple layers of management
- Build rapid, strong relationships based on credibility and trust across multiple layers of management; elevate presence within customer's hierarchy
- Spend within trade budget, assess plan for effectiveness, and make appropriate adjustments
- Deeply understand the strategic purpose of our brands as well as our customer's to bridge strategies and drive long term profitable growth for both parties
- Be the "voice of retailer" for planning new product launches and other ad hoc business developments as needed as well as leading the forecasting process with Finance and Operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years business experience in Sales or Marketing
- Experience with account management (CVS, Drug Channel and Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred)
