Associate Manager

 

Description:

As the Associate Manager, HRIS, you will be part of the Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team responsible for managing Global HR technology platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and other systems supporting 60+ countries. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will analyze business needs, configure system solutions, lead and execute projects, and ensure the effective operation and optimization of these Global HR technology platforms, with a focus on the Workday Recruiting module.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Act as the primary strategic and technical partner for HR process owners and stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining scope and objectives, and deploying and supporting technical solutions.
  • Configure HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos) by building application components, integrating software, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Identify and recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of diverse, multi-disciplinary HR projects, utilizing leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Oversee outsourced resources to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality standards, and client requirements, in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through product releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements aligned with organizational needs.
     

Required Experience You’ll Bring
 

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in HRIS or as an IT technical lead, partnering with non-technical clients to perform requirements gathering, technical configurations, project implementations, and technical support of systems and processes.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
