Description:
Brand and bring those ideas to life through our Stage Gate Process. Your role will manage, and execute ingredient commercialization for core product improvements and new product innovation. As you manage and execute commercialization for these products, you will be partnering with our internal cross functional teams and our external vendor community to ensure high quality and consistent ingredients across the restaurant system.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead core product improvements and new product innovations through the stage gate culinary process driving relevancy and new ideas to the menu.
- Manage and execute commercialization tools for core and new products including traveling to vendor facilities and validating food manufacturing processes with quality and food safety CCP/s. In addition, lead internal product studies, product evaluations, external production reports and product approval showcases driving consistent product for both primary and secondary vendors.
- Collaborate with FSQA on product testing, evaluations and sensory scorecards ensuring high quality product across our restaurants.
- Partner with Culinary team on Innovation Tools helping inspiring new ideas for the Menu.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
- Certificates and Licenses from Project Management Training, Servsafe, Culinology
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, restaurant operations and related food safety measures.
- 3-5 years experience
