Associate Graphic Designer

 

Description:

Provides graphic design, information design and problem solving expertise to team members and internal partners in support of sales strategies. Activities include development of print, environmental, and digital sales tools that position and explain product and service information for customers.

Essential Functions

  • Creates compelling tools that execute against strategic objectives.

  • Works on projects within designated timelines and budgets.

  • Follows and maintains MillerKnoll quality Global Brand Standards.

  • Interfaces with business partners to create customer-focused digital and print materials.

  • Participates in the development of new sales tools based on customer needs.

  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

  • Designs solutions to meet the needs of prospective customers.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • At least 1 year of graphic design experience in a professional setting.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Figma. Knowledge of Vev and After Effects a plus

  • Experience designing within brand standards

  • Knowledge and proven use of typography, layout design, and branding

  • Prior experience in digital and print design and production

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work on a tight timeline, change priorities quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge of MillerKnoll entities and products

  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
