Associate General Counsel

Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar 8+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience with internet or technology companies (applicable technology transactional or product counseling will be considered)
• Business judgment and client counseling experience
• Experience counseling and advising clients on risk mitigation strategies across technology product platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating at all levels of the business across functions, including executive and C-suite
• Experience in advancing complex initiatives in a highly-charged multi-stakeholder environment
• Enjoy understanding new technologies and the consumer internet landscape
