Associate Director Of Assessment And Student Engagement

This position will deliver and evaluate programs and services to recruit, retain, and guide students in the Miller College of Business to academic success. The position will work across organizational units to collect and analyze data for decision making and reporting. The position supports activities and reporting necessary for Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation. The Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of Student Outcomes.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum Experience

Two years of experience in curricular or educational assessment, recruitment or admissions, student support, and/or program monitoring/quality improvement.

Minimum Other

Excellent organization, detail orientation, and time management skills. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
