Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team operations planning, including customer targeting, market analysis, and sales team sizing.
  • Monitor budget expenditures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage sales team execution, including KPI monitoring, sales data analysis, and strategic account planning.
  • Facilitate sales team effectiveness through the development and implementation of field sales plans and initiatives.
  • Lead and support key brand special projects, including customer targeting, incentive compensation planning, and meeting planning.
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional projects and collaborate with various internal departments.
  • Support sales and business unit communications, including town halls and leadership meetings.
  • Reinforce a culture of continuous learning and development.
