Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team operations planning, including customer targeting, market analysis, and sales team sizing.
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure compliance.
- Manage sales team execution, including KPI monitoring, sales data analysis, and strategic account planning.
- Facilitate sales team effectiveness through the development and implementation of field sales plans and initiatives.
- Lead and support key brand special projects, including customer targeting, incentive compensation planning, and meeting planning.
- Represent the sales team in cross-functional projects and collaborate with various internal departments.
- Support sales and business unit communications, including town halls and leadership meetings.
