Engagement & Fundraising: Help build a robust pipeline of engaged alumni and donors, contributing to our campaign goals for both engagement and fundraising.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop and implement strategies to assess the effectiveness of programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Program Communication: Effectively communicate the details and benefits of lifelong learning programs through various channels, ensuring alumni and community members are informed and engaged.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate with diplomacy and integrity.
Excellent oral & written communication skills. Able to tailor messages to different audiences.
Proven success in idea creation and developing and managing events and programs.
Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to reinforce diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and well-being.
A background in education, business, or a related field, with experience in program development or alumni relations preferred.
