The Associate Director, HRBP, is responsible for driving strategic and positive organizational change through innovative HR solutions that support our people and our business. They will build trusting relationships and offer credible and thoughtful guidance to all employees empowering them to reach their full potential. The Associate Director, HRBP, reports to a Director, HRBP, and supports leaders and employees in our Food, Travel, and Health content verticals in multiple locations.

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications And Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role, preferably in a company with multi-site brand and business entities. Proven track record of problem-solving and dealing with ambiguity. Experience providing guidance and direct feedback. Experience conducting investigations.
