Associate Creative Director

Description:

In this role, you will be a main contributor to the strength, growth and maintenance of the creative team. You will be a key creative for executing conceptual development and upholding the highest creative standards for our client's brand. Along with your keen eye and design skills you will be responsible for big ideas that can span across our touch points including experiential, social, video and owned digital products. The ideal person for this role thinks beyond pure execution to tell a larger story. As one of the most experienced creatives on the team, your work should inspire your coworkers and audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas quickly for all budget levels.
• Develop high-level concepts and visual direction to lead brand initiatives.
• Understand and incorporate our client's content strategy and brand positioning into content, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal partners to bridge the gap between disciplines to present company as a uniform brand across touchpoints.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspire others within the creative team.
• Meet all timelines and deliver executions to the Creative leadership, account staff and client review per project schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in copywriting, graphic design, advertising, communications or ad school.
• Minimum of eight years of experience.
• Conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity and innovation with business objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant Adobe CC programs.
• Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation and video.
• Excellent written, verbal, and conceptual communication skills.
