Rohde Dales LLP, a full-service law firm with over 125 years of history, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its transactional law practice, focusing on estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys, clients, paralegals, financial advisors, and court professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in estate planning, real estate, probate, and business transactions.
- Draft estate planning documents and transactional legal agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry changes and laws.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and firm staff to support clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to and good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Experience or interest in transactional law with a preference for estate planning, real estate, probate, and trust law.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and connect with clients.
