Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engage in all aspects of civil litigation, including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial, and appellate work.
✅ Participate in trial preparation and gain hands-on experience in courtroom advocacy.
✅ Work directly with experienced trial attorneys and receive mentorship and training.
✅ Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
✅ Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis.
✅ Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel in case development.

Requirements:

🔹 J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin.
🔹 0-5 years of legal experience in civil litigation or a related field.
🔹 Strong motivation, work ethic, and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while working in a team-oriented environment.
🔹 Willingness to develop trial advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience.
