LensCrafters, a leader in vision care and optical solutions, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store operations, team development, and sales growth. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in executing business strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Retail & Business Management
- Lead store operations to maximize sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competition to optimize business performance.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs like sales growth, customer retention, and net promoter scores.
🔹 Team Leadership & Development
- Train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to the store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong relationships with optometrists and staff.
🔹 Customer Experience & Store Maintenance
- Ensure a high-quality shopping and vision care experience for all customers.
- Execute visual merchandising and store appearance standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide problem-solving solutions.
Qualifications:
✅ Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of management/supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong sales, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling, retail operations, and store policies.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
✅ Preferred:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous leadership experience in retail or optical services.
- Knowledge of optics, lens products, and current store merchandise.
- State licensure (if applicable) or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
