Ideal candidates will possess both a Technical Skill set and Sales track record, with a preferred background in Live Events or Broadcasting. The Assistant General Manager is a Client-Facing brand ambassador who can work with C Level Executives, Venue Partners, Vendors, and Agency Clients. A problem-solving leader with a proven track record of successful implementations in the virtual, corporate, and entertainment world.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in oversight of daily operations and staff
- Manage Profit and Loss
- Work with budgets to insure job profitability
- Manage inventory needs
- Recruit, manage and build the labor pool
- Train new recruits in the ways of Sound Investment
- Follow and enforce operational procedures according to SI standards
- Contribute to the building and diversification of new business
- Develop strategies for increasing Sound Investment’s market share
- Manage incoming lead volume and conversion
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and sales
- Plan Design, and specify AV, lighting and power for events
- Prepare Sales Proposals
- Account supervision of clients and events
- Field supervision – onsite presence at events working with clients and technicians
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. and operation of professional video, audio, lighting, and staging equipment

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
