Saint Raphael Academy is a Catholic, diocesan college preparatory high school located in Pawtucket, RI. We are a co-educational Academy of approximately 430 students. Saint Raphael Academy is currently looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill the role of Assistant Director of Advancement. The role is a full-time position, and reports to the Director of Advancement.

This is a critically important position for our school and includes design, event planning, and database elements. Requirements include but are not limited to assisting with the planning of class reunions and Alumni events, creating, and distributing quarterly newsletters and event supporting materials, maintaining alumni information, processing and acknowledging gifts to the school and supporting other school events and campaigns as required.Interested candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, be technically savvy, and be experienced in the use of social media platforms to promote activities and connect with our alumni family. A member of Saints alumni is preferred but not required, as is some event planning experience. Familiarity with Blackbaud software, Canva, Adobe express or some other graphic design tool is a plus.
