Description:
This position involves In-person events that may require work hours outside of typical week days.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Class and University Programs staff with the development and implementation of reunion events, with a strong focus on policies and procedures. This will include developing training for colleagues who will be working at the events, managing the online registration system, securing event space and working with external vendors, caterers and service providers, providing event summaries and analysis, etc.
- Assist with development of Founders Day (The Alumni Association’s Distinguished Faculty and Alumni Award program). This will include assisting with staff/ volunteer organization and training, managing logistical portions of the event, working with external event vendors, and on-site event execution assistance.
- Provide logistical support and on-site assistance at numerous events including Reunion, Founders Day, Student Programming, Alumni Board of Governors meetings, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
