Asset Sustainability & Decarbonisation Analyst

Description:

We are looking for applicants from people who are passional about energy efficiency and tackling field poverty for our communities. You will have excellent project management skills and will be able to present your finding clearly to a variety of people.

You will have:
 

• Experience using and managing energy efficiency/ zero carbon asset data systems, with a focus on the analysis of data sets and production of reports for a variety of audiences. Housing or real estate related environment preferred.
• Strong experience within Asset/Environmental Sustainability/Decarbonisation/Housing sectors
• Ability to develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external clients of various levels of seniority.
• Degree educated, or an equivalent experience in a related housing association or real estate sector role.
• Housing Energy data related qualifications (EPC assessor) preferred
• Retrofit related qualifications (PAS2035) preferred
