Description:
Visitor Services Associates serve as the primary person to greet and assist museum visitors. This includes welcoming them as they arrive, assisting them with parking sign in requirements, answer basic questions, providing printed materials to patrons, promote the Art Museum, exhibitions, programs, and educational classes. Track and record museum attendance. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Visitor Services Center. Answer incoming calls to both the Art Museum, transfer or take messages as needed. Responsible for museum store sales, cash handling and daily cash sheets. Also responsible for managing general email account inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or GED
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of customer service and/or frontline office experience
Experience with Microsoft office; excel, outlook
Data entry experience
Previous sales or retail experience preferred
Previous experience with cash handling
