Description:

Thillens, a trusted secure transportation company with nearly 90 years of experience, is seeking Armored Security Guards (Route Team Members) to operate armored vehicles and ensure the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables. As part of a highly trained team, you will provide security services with independence, precision, and professionalism.

Strong hires can progress quickly from trainee to team member and up to a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure the safety and security of your team and armored vehicle at all times.
✅ Safely operate an armored vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and security protocols.
✅ Pick up and deliver valuables at customer locations with accuracy and professionalism.
✅ Service ATMs, gaming machines, and pay vaults as needed.
✅ Reconcile deposits and receipts during cash transit.
✅ Guarding duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Must be at least 21 years old.
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
✔ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
✔ Ability to pass a background check and Department of Transportation requirements.
✔ Valid F.O.I.D. Card (Illinois locations only).
✔ Ability to obtain a 108 Security Permit (Wisconsin locations only).
✔ Firearms training is preferred but not required.
✔ Prior security experience is a plus but not mandatory—full training provided!
