Overview
The IB & AFCC Technology domain directly supports the technology needs of the Investment Bank and Group Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) control functions within the Bank. We operate as part of the Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) Division. We have established a portfolio-wide architecture function to steer & align with the Business and TDI strategy at the Bank. We are seeking a highly organized & motivated professional to directly support the build-out and execution of the IB & AFCC architecture program of work. You will work closely with domain architects, data and engineering leads across the organization to articulate & document the architecture & design findings.

What You’ll Do
Define & maintain architecture book of work, providing regular updates and tracking
Document & maintain TDI blueprints and artefacts, establish consistent standards across domains
Track and communicate cross domain architecture dependencies flagging any gaps to Chief Information Officer (CIOs) and domain architects
Ensure alignment of IB & AFCC architecture, TDI strategy & group architecture governance
Track alignment of blueprints and designs to enterprise architecture principles
Support domain architects in IB & AFCC in their coordination of peer architecture reviews
Skills You’ll Need
Collaborative and flexible approach to work with multi-faceted teams across the organization
Exceptional communicator - both verbal and written - with a proven ability to write complex ideas and architecture designs in concise and clear ways
Proficiency in Atlassian tools -JIRA, Confluence- is essential
Experience with a variety of tools to describe our architecture e.g. ArchiMate, prior experience or willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with Collation, compilation, and presentation of key data and documentation – proficiency in MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word – is essential
