Duties
You will review engineering proposals for construction, alteration, or repair of facilities to recommend changes that will improve the overall project results.
You will provide the client with clear and concise policy and guidance for the orderly and cost-effective development of shore facilities.
You will explain and defend specific planning criteria to users and to other technical experts and auditors and serve as a technical expert in facilities planning criteria.
You will prepare Basic Facilities Requirements and development of facilities planning documents to determine appropriate planning actions in relation to facility deficiencies and surpluses.
You will analyze long-range operational requirements that identify land and facility priorities to support organizational requirements.
