Applications Engineer

Description:

We are looking for someone with a lot of engineering and manufacturing industry experience. We take sheet metal, form it, and weld it together with our client's designs. To customer-specific solutions, aka engineered to order. We generate gas or flow at a particular pressure based on our client's needs. Our motors can generate from 1 horsepower up to 1,000 horsepower. This is all dependent on what our clients have required at the time.

What You Will Be Doing

This position will have No Direct Reports

Our Applications Engineering department is what we refer to as the mouth of the factory.

We are the Hybrid between the salespeople and the engineering team.

This position will require you to go through the customer's application and data and make sure it is complete. Once this is done you will do a shallow-level product selection. If they have any special aspects to the design, then it has to refer back to the engineering team.
