Description:
Qualifications include:
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Human Resources. Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum Experience - 2-5 years experience in public education and with employment procedures. Extensive experience in Human Resources Administration preferred. Registered Notary Public.
Key responsibilities and job requirement including, but not limited to:
- Supervise the instructional and non-instructional recruiting, advertising, and onboarding throughout the District
- Administer employment compensation and benefits, labor relations, and staff development
- Administer Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as meet and discuss compensation plans.
- Serve as liaison to employees, administration, and the Board of School Directors.
- Serve as Compliance Officer and Title IX Coordinator.
- Maintain Notary Public Certification for district.
- Supervise the Human Resources Team.
