Description:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department in accordance with the company’s Remote Work Policy.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the 4 Ps of Marketing.
- Pricing:
- Manages the Aftermarket Master Price File and Customer Discount Matrix.
- Runs cost change analysis as input to pricing adjustments, making timely updates to comply with customer deadlines for new price file submissions.
- Runs monthly Contribution Margin analysis on the different product families to ensure healthy overall margins.
- Responsible for setting prices for new and/or existing products in accordance with the company’s pricing and profits policies.
- Product:
- Responsible for managing the Aftermarket Product Life Cycle to determine new product needs and current product obsolescence.
- Works closely with Sales Managers to identify new product needs.
- Works closely with the engineering department to create technical literature, including but not limited to warranty-related documents.
- Works closely with engineering and CSRs to provide excellent product support to our customers.
- Promotion:
- Executes promotion activities per the company’s Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP). This includes managing the relationship with the advertising agencies and the company’s digital channels (social media, website, App, Studio).
- Plans and runs product (non-price) promotions regularly to maintain brand awareness in the target markets.
- Responsible for Trade Show management, including but not limited to HDAW, TMC.
- Manages the company’s POP goods and arranges shipment of these products to the sales force in the field as needed.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Prepares and manages the marketing budget for the company.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

- Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- One to three years of related experience is preferred.
