Duties

  • Supports and coordinates technical assessments related to risks across multi-discipline teams, plans and executes surveillance activities, operations insight, nonconformance evaluations, design changes, and process changes.
  • Supports and coordinates nonconformance trending, root cause and corrective and preventive actions, problem resolution, risk identification and mitigation, and system certification.
  • Leads and participates in the performance of independent technical assessments to determine the adequacy of products, processes and services in meeting contract and program requirements.
  • Provides assessments and recommendations regarding surveillance and insight, resolves issues that could affect astronauts and Commercial Crew Program missions, and evaluates results for further action.
  • Reviews major or critical problems, anomaly resolutions, non-conformances, failure analysis, post-test results, and acceptance reviews.
  • Identifies and coordinates concerns and risks based on surveillance, assessments, and insight activities.
