Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsible for delivering final creative assets to internal partners and external vendors by deadline.
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration and consistent open lines of communication.
  • Guide and partner with studio management teams/outside partners to continually evolve processes.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar) - preferred, but not required.

  • Work Experience:
  • 2-4 years Project Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications.
  • 2-4 years Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.
  •  
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advertising & Marketing Communications Account, Project and Program Management
  • Teamwork, internal communications, problem solving
  • Ability to discuss and present group projects
  • Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and their deadlines.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from Jr. Studio Manager to VP.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
