Description:
We are currently seeking an AdTech Lawyer to work with some of the world’s largest companies.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
- Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
- Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.
- Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of over 5,800 lawyers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience taking on complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Active bar license in the state where you reside.
