Administrative Sales & Office Assistant

 

Description:

A client in North Austin is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Administrative Sales & Office Assistant to join their team. This role involves customer interaction, sales support, and administrative duties, ensuring a seamless customer experience while assisting the CEO and Office Manager with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via telephone or in-person using the SAP system

  • Provide pricing and delivery information to customers

  • Maintain client records through data entry and computerized systems

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying issues and providing solutions

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and experience

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and Office Manager

  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience
2+ years of sales experience
SAP system experience
Manufacturing or Semiconductor industry experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Highly organized, problem-solver, and customer-focused
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Reliable with excellent attendance record

Work Schedule & Additional Details:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

  • In-Office Role (No Remote/Hybrid Options)

  • Fast-paced work environment requiring multitasking and problem-solving
