Description:
In this position, you will:
- Serve as a supervisor within the Animal Care team.
- Complete performance standards for staff, conduct performance evaluations, recommend promotions, reassignments, and other related personnel actions.
- Direct the allocation of resources (human, financial, technical) in support of Animal Care operations.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to display program success and goals.
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed in accordance with AZA Accreditation standards.
