Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

 

Support up to 10 CSM Technology Solutions leader’s expense reporting as needed.

Oversight of CSM Technology Solutions leadership collaboration sites including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Coordinate the logistics and scheduling for department and leadership meetings related to CSM.

Provide support for timecard entry including reminders, process clarifications, reviewing to ensure manager approvals are complete

Provide support for hiring process for CSM leaders including scheduling, logistics and notebook creation.

Foster and encourage a diverse and inclusive environment promoting positivity and collaboration throughout the department and with our partners

Prioritize appropriately to ensure that the needs of the organization are met

Coordinate facilities and supplies for department and staff meetings

Coordinate billing, supplies, and maintenance issues for floor printers and PC’s.

Manage the purchase of office supplies and break room supplies to ensure availability

Oversight of conference rooms and conference room scheduling. Anticipate and resolve schedule and meeting room conflicts

Establish and build strong relationships with other administrative team members

Backup other Electric Technology Solutions Admin team members as necessary

Deliver mail for the floor.

 

 

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

 

Education Requirements:

 

High school diploma or GED required, bachelors degree preferred

 

 

Experience Requirements:

 

Experience with business expense processing, timekeeping, and travel arrangements required

Experience with Microsoft Suite required
