The Rochester Education Foundation is eager to welcome a thoughtful team member who is excited to work in a small office and help provide a big impact as we strive to provide programs and resources to help Rochester city students succeed. We are seeking a detail oriented, tech savvy professional to join our team of innovative thinkers and doers.
Responsibilities:
● Answer phone and emails
● Database management and other data entry
● Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
● Website updating (hosted on Squarespace)
● Social media posting
● Communication with stakeholders via Mail Chimp
● Monthly on-line newsletters
● Ability to work in Google Workspace and Canva
● Thank you notes to donors
● One time per month instrument donation collection day
● Oversee book drives
● Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
● Oversee annual on-line auction
● Gather data for Smile Program from elementary schools
● Help with annual appeal
● Help prepare for and support events
● Help Executive Director with correspondence and tasks as assigned
