Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

In this position, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to our owner, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, and facilitating effective communication. This will include managing calendars, handling communications, prioritizing tasks, preparing for meetings, maintaining records, managing social media sites, daily email campaigns while building an email list, and creating and managing a CRM.

Responsibilities will include

Coordinating the owner’s calendar, managing communications, and making travel arrangements.

Anticipating the owner’s needs, keeping him well-informed of upcoming commitments, and preparing meeting details, agendas, presentation materials, documentation, reports, and taking detailed meeting notes as necessary.

Handling incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing critical messages, and responding appropriately.

Assisting in the creation and editing of presentations, documents, and maintaining meticulous records.

Performing a variety of tasks, including project-based work and personal errands as needed.

Attend 1-2 local events each month (may require evenings).
