Description:

Dantech Corporation has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative duties to support technical projects, internal projects, and general office functions. This role ensures that the correct IT admin procedures are followed, correct documentation exists, correct forms are submitted, and that all data is accurate. You must be a friendly and effective communicator to interact with Dantech Team Members and Clients as you carry out your tasks. You must also take pride and ownership of maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

The ideal candidate has clerical experience in a fast paced environment. Familiarity with Staffing and/or IT work environments is also a plus. For this role, you must be able to quickly learn new skills, new processes, and IT specific jargon. You must also be very capable with using laptops, text messaging, and email etiquette while working efficiently and professionally. A professional demeanor and communication style is a must. You will be tasked to document and create procedures and forms, generate reports, and answer inquiries.

 

Responsibilities

The Office Administrative Assistant will be tasked to:

  • Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team
  • Be flexible and adaptable as reporting requirements do change
  • Learn by example quickly and document/update procedures and forms
  • Input data and track data using spreadsheets
  • Create and send accurate weekly projections
  • Answer inquiries from Dantech Team Members on process and forms
  • Follow up with Dantech Team Members to correct submitted information
  • Create routine Dantech Team Members hours reports
  • Create monthly time and expense projection reports
  • Access client and internal applications to ensure that data is correct
  • Send regular email reminders about timesheet and invoice due dates
  • Ensure the office environment is available, clean, and safe for Dantech Team Members
  • Maintain and manage supply inventory
  • Procure snacks and beverages as requested by Dantech Leadership
  • Plan, schedule, order, and facilitate Team activities (i.e., team lunches, team meetings, corporate events, etc.)
  • Answer Dantech phones (as necessary)
  • Be friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Support internal projects and office functions
  • Completed additional administrative tasks, as requested
