Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and purchasing support to the Americas Public Policy team by coordinating internal processes, such as:
- Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
- Create and support execution of contracts with vendors.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports as requested.
- Assist with the coordination of administrative projects, offsites, employee training, and other events.
- Provide support and coordination to different functions of the Global Public Policy organization.
- Diagnose the existing organization and workflows to generate structured insights and solid suggestions related to operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years working experience in cross-regional project and resource management at a large organization
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organized and process driven
- Ability to interact with junior team members and communicating with top-level management staff in a fast-paced dynamic environment while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and delivering impact through communication and expert coordination
- Team player with a strong positive attitude and a great sense of commitment
- Fluent English language skills, Spanish and Portuguese language skills beneficial
