Accounts Receivable Representative

Yelp is looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable Representative to provide accounting support to the Revenue team! This position is responsible for administering accounts receivable and providing billing support. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the on-going building and improving of accounting processes. This is a full-time position and will interface daily with internal departments and external vendors.

The Accounts Receivable Representative should be able to demonstrate the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects while meeting goals and deadlines. In addition, providing strong customer service and having good attention to detail is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be team-oriented, and have confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels within Yelp.

What You'll Do
 

• Set-up of new customers in Oracle
• Assist in the preparation of billings
• Responsible for cash receipts (deposits, application to invoices, and reporting of cash receipts)
• Apply adjustments to open invoices
• Resolve internal/external customer inquiries timely
• Creating Invoices for Customers
• Ensure accounts meet invoicing criteria with supporting documentation and set up.
• Assist with other Accounting projects
• Processing Refunds
   

What It Takes To Succeed
 

• Accounting/Finance degree - Preferred
• Prior Revenue, Accounts Receivable, and Billing experience (Preferred)
• Oracle, Salesforce and Zuora experience (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
