[Responsibilities]: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for corporate entities. - Contribute to the month-end close process and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger. - Prepare multi-currency journal entries and complex balance sheet reconciliations. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on financing plans, M&A activity, and other corporate initiatives. - Oversee statutory audits and serve as the main point of contact for auditors. - Manage accounting for transfer pricing arrangements and intercompany policies for international entities. - Work closely with various functions such as Tax, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and Business Units. - Implement and optimize accounting and reporting processes using available technology. - Prepare reporting packages for key legal entities and present results to senior leadership. [Requirements]: - Minimum 7+ years of accounting experience. - Active Certified Public Accountant certification. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. [Critical Skills]: - Experience with month-end and quarterly close activities in a multi-national organization. - Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain transparency and accuracy. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset to analyze complex issues and develop solutions. - Strong systems skills preferred (e.g., SAP, FCCS, SmartView, Blackline).
