You Have:

• Proven working experience in the field of advertising within an ad agency, leading integrated, multi-channel creative campaign work for high-profile brands (3-5 years is a good marker), experience in CPG or insurance is a plus.
• Passion about the power of culture and consumer insights, and can show how they’ve informed work you’ve led
• Created and maintained strong and genuine relationships; professionally and personally believe in mentorship and can effectively manage, develop and inspire direct reports, helping them reach their full potential
• Great communication skills (both written and conversational), and identify as a collaborator and skilled negotiator — we work with a representative group of people (race, ethnicity, nationality, etc.) and we value those who are excited at the chance to communicate cross-culturally and across departments
• Love for the details and have tried-and-true methods of keeping projects organized, on track, and on brief
• Worked on highly ambitious, nimble teams and can stretch to fill any need — rolling up your sleeves to get the work done doesn’t bother you
• Sold inspiring ideas to audiences like clients, agency leaders and creatives
• Lead or co-lead TV productions (preferably 1-3 large to medium-size productions)
